What's everybody in the SWD doin to get ready for this upcoming season? In Tazewell, we've stopped lifting casually and have time limits to complete certain lifts, and if anyone misses out on a set, we have to do 10 pushups for each set that is missed. This is all after our 45 minutes of running. That's what's happenin in T-town, what's happenin elsewhere?
