Hi coach, my goal has been to create affordable football material that

coaches can use at all levels of competition. I have two DVD's and one

Practice Planning Manuel. The first DVD covers Offensive Line Drills.

The DVD focuses on how to teach both run and pass progressions without

the use of a sled. We do not use a sled because it is not realistic

and due to budget costs we could not afford one. This DVD has over 25

running and pass blocking drills. The second DVD covers DEFENSIVE LINE

DRILLS and fundamentals. It also covers how we teach our Defensive

ends/Outside Linebackers in our 5-2 defense.. This DVD covers over 40

different drills that we use to teach our defensive line and outside

linebackers. The DVD is fully narrated and is an hour long. The DVD includes the

following.

1. Agility drills

2. Tackling circuit.

3. Block Recognition Progression

4. Angle Progression.

5. Pass rush drills.

6. Option drills

 

The Practice Manuel takes you through a minute by minute breakdown of

our entire week of practice and how we organize it. We practice both

offense and defense every night. Our program puts an emphasis on being a

two-platoon team, even though we are a relatively small school. The

Manuel shows how we organize every coaching position, the drills they

use, and the order in which we teach things. The Practice Manuel is 25

pages.

 

Both DVD's will include footage from at least two of our games to give

you a better feel of how the drills and practice planning translate to

on field execution. Through the use of these drills our program has

been able to win three state titles in the past seven years, and finish

in the semi-finals twice as well in the past seven years. If you are
