personally i think that 315 should be the max you put on the squat bar, just do alot of reps. Someone that can do 315 5 sets of 5 or 3 sets of 10 is alot stronger than someone who can do 500 1 or 2 times, in my opion.

Thats max is from 3 weeks ago. I would say that both of them could get atleast 345 or 350 now.
