roadwarrior 10 Report Share Posted August 19, 2007 Game was scoreless at halftime, but Abingdon scored first when Chilhowie fumbled the second half opening kickoff and Abingdon recovered at the 5 yard line. Chilhowie led 14-6 and Abingdon scored with about 30 sec to go but didn't get the two points. My take on the game: Abingdon looked impressive on offense running and passing out of the spread. They have a good quarterback who can sling it down the field. Chilhowie has some good players but need to quit making mistakes, get their playmakers involved more and the line needs to protect better. Grinstead will be the star for the Warriors at runningback.
