region4fan 13 Report Share Posted May 6, 2008 Blacksburg traveled to Hidden Valley last night for a River Ridge District match. Blacksburg was 11-0 and Hidden Valley was 8-0-3 heading into the match. Hidden Valley is led by Parker Walsh, who is on the U18 national team. Hidden Valley scored in the first 3 minutes to go up 1-0, Blacksburg responded with a goal right after that, and one more before halftime to lead 2-1. After halftime it was all Blacksburg as they tacked on 3 more goals to win 5-1. I was lucky enought to attend this game last night and I can honestly say BBurg is better this year than last year.
