Â If this kid has a bad game, his team lost, he has broken the saves record, and how many shutouts does he have? Blacksburg is such a better team that it makes the goalie not as good as the martinsville goalie. The blacksburg keeper isn't tested as much as martinsville is. Â having a lot of shots taken on you doesnt mean that you necessarily have a crappy defense. if your defense is containing well and forcing 25 yarders all day long, you get shots and they arent all that challenging. in my opinion, strength of schedule is the huge factor here. the piedmont district could very well be a close second for weakest AA district in the state. i think a few swd teams could be very competitive year after year up there.
