Assuming no forfeits happen, here's what my numbers say .....

Tazewell #1, Richlands #2, Patrick Co. is in.

Mart. is in with a win, out with a loss.

 

If Martinsville beats Patrick Co. ....

Martinsville has a slight edge over Pat. for the #3 seed.

 

If Martinsville loses, looks like Graham will go to Tazewell.

 

 

Reg. D - Div. 2

 

Gate City #1, JJ Kelly #2

Lebanon can take the #3 seed away from Powell Valley

by beating Tazewell next week

 

Reg. D - Div. 1

 

#4 Thomas Walker @ #1 Clintwood

#3 Haysi @ #2 J.I. Burton

 

 

Reg. C - Div. 2

 

Floyd is the #1 seed, Chilhowie #2; George Wythe is in.

Radford or Giles will be the 4th team.

 

If Radford wins : Radford #3, Wythe #4 & Giles is out.

If Radford loses & Giles wins : Giles #3 & Wythe #4.

If Radford AND Giles lose : Wythe #3

 

Since Radford beat Giles, Giles needs to have more

ratings points than Radford to claim the #4 spot

Holston & Bland will open at home. Bath Co. is in.

 

East Mont or Narrows will be the 4th team.

 

Bland could get the #1 seed with a win at Grayson Co. AND some major help.

 

If East Mont & Narrows both win or both lose...

 

East Mont gets in over Narrows IF either Parry McClure or Bland wins.

Looks like it will take at least 1 upset for Bland to get the #1 seed.

Patrick Co. : 204 and 3 possible :

 

2: Galax/BigCreek 1: Floyd/Rad

 

Martinsville : 203 and 6 possible :

 

2: Hal/GW-D 1: Mag/Bass, Gret/Alta, Dan/Nelson, McMike/Reids

 

I think only Floyd wins, so +1 = 205 for Pat.

I think Gretna & Dan River wins for +2, so 205 for Mart.

Head to head would then make Martinsville the #3 seed.

Assuming Gretna clobbers Altavista, Graham will have 198,

which is the most Tunstall can get, meaning a tie.

 

But that'll only happen if Magna Vista upsets Bassett,

AND if Lebanon beats Tazewell, so I'd go ahead and start

b'ball practice in Dry Fork this week.

 

SO .....

 

If Martinsville beats Patrick Co., they'll prob. end up tied for 3rd, which would send PC to Tazewell.

 

A Martinsville loss will send PC to Richlands and 99% likely Tazewell would get Graham
