billhilly 10 Report Share Posted February 7, 2009 pretty sure they did but not 100%....had to leave with 2 minutes left in the game and honaker had a 7pt lead with ball. garrett horne got hurt in the first quarter and never entered the game, josh smith fouled out with about 6 minutes left in the game....terrible officiated game both ways in both games, so if honaker did win, congratulations tigers. great shooting, u guys are playing great ball now. It suprised me Honaker handled the TV girls as easily??? Ah, what else is there with the officials.. Johnny usually does good. hokiepanther 10 Report Share Posted February 8, 2009 horne is currently on crutches.. i havent talked to him personally yet but one of his team members has informed that he will be visting his specialist on monday.. and that he will probably be back by tournament time.. we can only hope.. burniston is a great PG dont get me wrong.. but however he does play different.. and when a team gets used to one point guard.. a switch is difficult.. and by the way Barry Yost is now my hero.. the first ref ive seen who had enough in him to tell Altizer his call was incorrect and overturn the call.. congratulations to the tigers.. well played game.. but awful officiating.. the guys couldnt fart w/o altizer throwin a foul.. and he later left the floor to yell at coach goodman.. not very classy..
