BigD4VT 11 Report Share Posted November 20, 2003 It was bad here in Richlands. I had 19 inches of water in my basement but i'm sure others had it much worse. Our neighborhood was evacuated, not so much because of the water, but a railroad tanker closer to the river than me, containing 15,000 lbs of propane was in danger of tipping over and potentialy exploding.
