ghs1 10 Report Share Posted January 15, 2004 Graham wrestling team had a pretty good week! Monday they went to Radford. They beat Fort Chiswell, but lost to Radford. Tuesday night they went to Grayson County and wrestled, and beat Grayson County, Galax, and George Wythe. The team has a record of 8-3. Andy Henderson is the lone undefeated wrestler on the team. He is 11-0. Graham hosts a tournament this weekend. It will be at Graham High School. Starts at 10:00 am. Come out and support the G-MEN! ghs1 10 Author Report Share Posted January 19, 2004 http://www.bdtonline.com/articles/2004/01/18/sports/02grahamwrestlsat.txt Graham defeated Grayson County, Galax, Lebanon, Patrick Henry-Glade Springs, and Tazewell to capture the Third annual Graham Invitational Tournament. Graham had four champions: Travis Walk(112), Reggie Brown(125), Chris Buckner(140), and Bobby Fields(215). Bobby Fields also was awarded with the quickest pin-:15 seconds. Henderson wrestled well, but fell to Galax's Howard 12-10. Henderson is now 15-1. Travis Walk is 14-2. Bobby Fields is 13-2. Jesse Peery was unable to compete Saturday, due to an illness.
