gomavs 10 Report Share Posted October 27, 2004 ...for Bluefield's overinflated egos? (my turn to stir the pot.....) (the gang's all here -- let's play football!!!)
kevin 13 Report Share Posted October 27, 2004 I heard we're bringing in extra bleachers just for that reason. LOL!
Bluefield_Rules 46 Report Share Posted October 27, 2004 If JM cannot handle it then we could always move the game to Coach Chmara Field @ Mitchell Stadium...
Willie 10 Report Share Posted October 28, 2004 We played in Bluefield's Swamp last year....
mavsgrad 28 Report Share Posted October 28, 2004 Yeah it's going to be a tough enough task to beat Bluefield on their own. We don't want to have to beat the refs too.

Sources 10 Report Share Posted October 28, 2004 I doubt he showed up, knowing the beating that JM was going to take last year, which they did.
mavsgrad 28 Report Share Posted October 28, 2004 At home. And yes Sources I did anticipate us losing. If we had been at home I would have come but I didn't think it wise to go to Bluefield knowing we were going to get beat. You see you guys would have ran your mouths and just ticked me off and nothing good would have come of that.
kevin 13 Report Share Posted October 28, 2004 Bluefield's stadium is better seating wise but not on the field. The lighting is very bad at bluefield. To many dark spots on the field. You really should upgrade the lights, especially if you are going to make a bid for the championships someday. Though they're never going to leave Wheeling anyway! Bluefield_Rules 46 Report Share Posted October 28, 2004 If another city would build a gambling facility and strip bar right outside the gates of their stadium it could happen. Of course, they’d also have to give the women of the SSAC a free pass to the gambling facility and the men a free pass to the strip bar. It could happen though; another city could decide to prostitute itself to the SSAC in such a fashion.
kevin 13 Report Share Posted October 28, 2004 That would be the only way it would leave Wheeling. I wouldn't mind if it rotated every couple of years to other parts of the state.Maybe develop 4 regions and rotate them but it will never happen.
