Bluefield_Rules 46 Report Share Posted October 30, 2004 Bluefield controlled the game throughout and owned the air. The "overrated" Rusty Coeburn passed for 315 yards on 10 of 13 passing and three touchdowns passes. Mike Davis had four receptions for 150 yards and touchdowns catches of 59 and 51 yards. Jonathan Repass also caught four passes for 139 yards and had a 70-yard TD pass. Beaver finished with 159 yards on the ground and then the 315 passing yards. The Bluefield defense held the James Monroe offense to very little, especially after the first quarter. James Monroe marched down to the Bluefield 11-yard late in the first quarter, but missed the FG attempt. James Monroe wouldn't get inside the Bluefield 30-yardline the rest of the night. They finished with around 150 total yards, 99 of which came in the first half with most coming in the first quarter.

Bluefield_Rules 46 Author Report Share Posted October 30, 2004 There is still room for improvement, but I was pleased especially with the shutout...
