When we are clicking it's hard to deal with. Our O is usually on point it's that pass D that needs work. And the Canes are gonna be hard to deal with deep in the season.

The Canes have zero quit in em I'll say that. And #23 is a burner best of luck to yall on the rest of the season.

Nobody is saying they aren't as good as Rad or FC but just about everyone is saying they aren't as good as GW. Not just GW fans but we will see at 7pm. And believe it or not we are 3 deep at almost all positions. GW will sub constantly tonight at the skills. This GW team is better than last season and this Marion team is better also. But being better than a state semifinals team and being better than a 1-9 team are two completely different things. Again I hope it's close I hope it's a good game we need it to be. But we are not Chilhowie or NW.

I agree and no disrespect but I think GW will put up at least 49 maybe more. But I honestly hope for a good game we need a test before Galax. But I really think we have way to much for Marion. We have speed everywhere size everywhere and depth everywhere. If it's a close game then I'll be pleasantly surprised. But I think for the canes to have any chance it will have to be a shootout with 99% of there O being passing. GW will shut the run down and we will get pressure on the QB. 7pm isn't to far off now so we shall see soon.

And I'm hearing good things about Deacon he is doing well and it doesn't seem to be serious. But it's not 100% that he will play Friday. If he doesn't it's simply to air on the side of caution. His and any other young man's health is more important than a football game.

I think Radford vs Fc should be pretty competitive. But I don't think the GW vs Marion game will.

The Tigers have the best punter/kicker I've seen at the 1A level. And Honaker is so well coached it will come around for them. Yes young but youth turns into experience in a year or 2 the Tigers will be in the hunt for a title.

I think it was more of a precaution to take him out of the game. Plus we had a 40 point lead at the time. From what I'm hearing he is taking 1st team reps.

Concussion-like symptoms but he has been at practice taking reps with 1st team. But right now it's 50/50 weather he plays this week. But we have a really good backup in Walker Nowers who has a cannon and is very fast.

Yes he will and the team will have his back. Plus with Walker at QB it gives us more speed in the backfield. Don't get me wrong Deacon can run but Walker is a step up in speed.

I hope they give us all we can handle. We need a test after 2 games where the team could do as they wanted.
