Wills Murray pitched for graham for the most part, Williams Pitched 2, and Elswick 1

both pitchers pitched the whole game, yesterday, carrol had 4 hits and graham had 2 so neither team was a offenesive hitting power house yesterday. They only had one earned run. Mike pitched really well overall graham just couldn't hit the ball, guess it kills you when you haven't faced a live pitcher yet. Except for pulaski two weeks ago.

Mike Alvis pitched the game tonight, and graham didn't perform like we should have but considering we had to open our season with a district game when we haven't even hit a live pitcher yet, i would have to say i have no complaints on this side, we could have committed a lot less errors but that's why we play a twenty game schedule means you play them twice. Can't wait to see Bluefield on Thursday, really appreciate your alls class that you all showed today. Jeez fellas grow up a little.

I don't really ever recall one time when graham has said that we are going to beat you all multiple times in baseball, but this year we are because we have more confidence in our team, yes tazewell is good at baseball, but this year It is just gonna be us pretty much returning a whole team from last year, and you all losing your star player, it's like football this year, every now and then the sports don't fall like they normally would and this is one of those years.

And if so who's gonna win?

You all beat graham on crappy plays by a soft third baseman, that had about 4 errors that game, and you all didn't pitch casey and we didn't pitch mike, and I recall you all not beating us by no more than 4 runs, i just hate that you all are losing your alls good players to graham, hey i guess this year, your alls motto can be if you can't beat them join'em

Yeah, the coppinger probably didn't mean anything since it is the only decent tourney around here, and it's pretty easy to rock a pitcher after you have already seen him in a prior game. We will get to see how well tazewell can do without the all star casey

I believe you all saw mike throw last year in the coppinger tourney and he handled tazewell just fine...i believe 10-run rule comes to mind

Graham has some good pitchers with Mike throwin about 87 wills in the low 80, and williams throwin in the upper 70s with that sidearm.

Unless they have made some major improvements in thier team i don't think graham will have a problem with them, that is just judging from last year, not trying to take anything away from your alls' talent, i'm sure you all will hold your own

Graham performed exceptionally well today considering we have had one practice on our actual field, the score was 8-2 in the middle of the mid-6 because of the night setting in and pulaski doesn't have any lights, but pulaski's two runs came off one error and a poor poor balk call against jason williams, all in all a great showing the bat's looked great considering how cold it was, colin elswick and wills murray both crushed balls to deep center where at pulaski the fence is 392 homers anywhere else cept maybe tazewell. Graham looks good.

I've watched the graham soccer team play and they have gotten taller just taller that's about it...

Mike is a solid outfielder but pitching is more his fortee i think, but if i'm not mistakin he made all region team if im not mistakin? the reason he plays first at times is because of the long throws you have to make from center is tough sometimes after throwing a 85 pitch game a day or two before

if you play right field like i do you do get tons of sun, it can be a line drive or a blooper high pop up, anything but a grounder and you are battling the evening sun

How long has it been since richlands won the district title again, if you look back at graham season's a bad season will forshadow a great season the following year

Graham looks pretty strong returning all players from last year except for three a weak first baseman and a third baseman and left field, which have been replaced by people moving to graham and moving up from jv. The bats are still very strong returning all top 4 hitters in the rotation. the pitching this year has more depth this year than last, with Wills coming to graham, and the team has also matured showing a good work ethic so far. Today was the first day we really got to see any actual positions being played because today was the first day we could get on the field. Graham should most certainly improve on the 13-7 season they had last year. Maybe a district title for once.

Bluefield lost tons of talent i'm not sure how many seniors they lost but i think it was a bunch, and graham lost few, plus i have to say graham will be out for blood cause of the kickin they took this year, but so will bluefield just cause of the game that it is. Graham lost one lineman that was a starter from last year, and Henderson who played both ways, the starting quarterback, oh yeah that's gonna hurt us haha, and billy napper who was very quick, and jake remines and colin elswicks who were ends so if you want to say i guess three linemen even though they were not used as that very often. Eggelston couldn't play all season, look for the g-men to return to the top next year, you all only get lucky once

Belcher is left handed to start off right there buddy so I know for a fact that his foot is just fine, he doesn't have the speed that his brother had, because his brother was a reciever in football, but he has a heck of a lot more endurance then his older brother, and can kick just as well, personally i hope you catch one in the face this year from him
