We have really struggled the past 2 years 1-19. But we return a lot of players and a lot of seniors. We have a new head coach this year also. Jason McCurry is our deep back and middle linebacker and was Cumberland District defensive player of the year on a team that didnt win a district game if that tells you anything about this kids heart. Kevin Muncy is the slot back, FS, and kick returner and was Region D KR and honorable mention all state. We run a I form w/ a slot back and a 4-4 d. Our defence comes back this year w/ all starters except at tackle and we lost em both. What about yall? What formations can we expect? Thanx for the directions also. i have a brother who plays for Thomas Walker and we are scrimmaging hurley this weekend. Could you give me directions? I live in Christiansburg and will be traveling 460 and going through Grundy. Am pretty familiar w/ Grundy so places to turn will help (Theater, Grocery Store, Mac Donalds, Law School) Thanx in advance and good luck next week.

We had about 9 boys from Thomas Walker go to camp up there this weekend. Any local guys there also? What kind of program do they have there?

Kevin Muncy of Thomas Walker made all district in the Cumberland as well as all district, all Region, and Honorable Mention all State at Kr. He frequently lines up in the slot, WR , and Rb. I guess that would make him all purpose back?
