Keyes said that because the majority of people are decent-minded, they believe others will play by the rules when this simply isn’t the case, warning that this attitude will allow evil to take over before we can do anything about it. “It is so clear hat we have now put a faction in place - they are not playing by the rules and they don’t intend to play by the rules - if they were playing by the rules they wouldn’t have tried to identify their opposition as criminals,” added Keyes, making reference to the recent controversy surrounding the release of the MIAC and Homeland Security reports, which implied that Americans who exercise and are knowledgeable about their constitutional rights are a threat to law enforcement and potential domestic terrorists. Keyes said that the only solution was from the bottom up because our leaders “are so gutless that they won’t even ask that the Constitution be enforced for clear, plain, absolutely unequivocal requirements,” and respond meekly with “their lips shut and their hearts terrorized.” Keyes also warned of Obama’s agenda to create a civilian security force and said it was part of the ultimate agenda to disarm American citizens and create a police state. Keyes has been a vocal critic of Obama, warning that he is a radical Communist who is determined to destroy America, and that if his agenda is not stopped then the country as we know it will cease to exist.

Lets face it, Liberalism is an ideology that agrees with everything as long as everything agrees with it. It is based on the principal, that ANYTHING AND I MEAN ANYTHING, that disagrees with it is evil, racist and bad for the country. There is no middle ground when it comes to this way of thinking they firmly believe that EVERYTHING that they advocate and support is good, the opposite of what they desire is BAD OR EVIL. I did support the Republican party for a long time, until I finally realized that everything they did was not in my best interest let along that of the country. I can admit that however whereas a liberal cannot and will not. I hope that I never get to the point, that I cannot admit that I am wrong, I believe that reasonable people can agree to disagree without assuming the other is evil. I DO NOT RELY ON FOX NEWS to tell me what is right or wrong for this country, I have something inside me called MORALS, VALUES and COMMON SENSE. It would do some liberals well to try this approach for once. Liberals assume that because they are force fed liberal indoctrination from sources like NY Times, CNN, MSNBC, NBC etc, that conservatives must have there source as well. NOT THE CASE HERE! I for one have never observed the president as being a BLACK president, I just don't view him that way. I do view his policies as Socialist and I am opposed to socialism, I hope he somehow pulls this country out of this mess, but something inside me says, based on the measures taken so far, it isn't going to help. However, because I support gun rights, am pro-life, believe that marriage is an institution between a man and a woman, am opposed to entitlement and detest overspending I am now labled a RACIST. If these God Fearing, conservative values that I hold makes me a racist than I am must be a racist. However for the record, what do those values have to do with a pesons skin color?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I understand that it is only right to want to conserve and not be wasteful. However the purpose of the Green Agenda is only a means to an end. Full cooperation of citizens is the goal, it doesn't really matter what you think as an individual, it is all about what is best for the state. This is the equivalent to state worship, which is exactly what Wilson, Mussolini and Hitler promoted.

Lance, you are misunderstanding our point on the issue, it is our opinion that the President is not necessarily trying to fix the problem but rather using the problem to promote an agenda. Rahm Emanuel and Hilary Clinton both said "can't let a good crisis go to waste..." It appears that this crisis is only the means to which the adminstration is using to impose a progressive agenda. The Progressive agenda is ground in Big Government and Federal control of your life. It isn't that these people are necessarily power hungry, they fundamentally believe that American society is based on collectivism and not individualism. In other words they believe that we should put the state needs above the individual needs of a person. "If it isn't good for the STATE then you can't do it.." This is contrary to the enlightenment philosophy of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It is in line however with the STATIST philosophy of Mussolini, Woodrow Wilson and Hitler. I'm not saying that the Progressives want to put us in concentration camps, this brand of Fascism is different and more mild than that of Hitler, it does however resemble many of Mussolini's policies and some early Nazi policies. Progressives truly believe that they are brinigng about the evolution of the state. This Darwinian approach leads one to believe that the Constitution is either out dated or that it is a living document. In both views we as INDIVIDUALS LOSE our basic rights granted to us by the Constitution. This idea alone is a threat to American Sovereignty and is enough for me to fear this administration. sorry so long.......

Don't get me wrong Deuce, I understand your position. Some folks just like to rag on a guy all the while hoping every minute that he fails. I hope that he does well, but everything that I have been taught about economics tells me that this policy of spend, spend, spend will not work. I disagreed with it when Bush did it and I disagree with it now. Trust me on this one, I once was blind but now I see! I was a dyed in the wool Republican, I supported conservative values, both socially and fiscally, the Bush admin went overboard with their out of control fiscal policies and I SAW THE LIGHT. That was enough to turn me around, I have had to eat some crow because of it, but I would rather follow my gut instead of some allegiance to a political party. I think that in a lot of ways we are failing to see the problem, BOTH PARTIES are to blame for this financial crisis. George W. Bush and his administration spent money like it was going out of style, McCain was right when he said "we came to Washington to change it but instead it changed us." However, what dubya did in 8 years, will pale in comparison if Obama continues this WARP SPEED SPENDING. This is not a Republican/Democrat debate, this issue is about politicians and failed leadership in Washington, until we can put the LEFT/RIGHT debate behind us, we will never be able to actually address the problem. I do not vent and rant against Obama, because I wish that a Republican was in office, I have came to the understanding that both left and right are LEFT.

Hall may have not been the only baseball player on the roster, but he and his coach didn't think it was necessary nor the smart thing to do with Honaker's baseball team doing so well. Furthermore, I wasn't making an argument for anyone, just stating the facts.....something that some people just can't seem to wrap their mind around.

Twin Valley had 6 seniors Council had 1 Haysi had 1 Honaker had 1 Hurley had 3 The original plan was to have 3 from TV and 3 from Hurley and the LONE seniors from the other high schools represent the BDD /////// Hall from Honaker is playing baseball and didn't need to take a chance at getting injured in a basketball game. That leaves 8 on the original roster. One of the originally scheduled Hurley players was unable to make it at the last minute that leaves 7 on the original roster, had this been known in advance it is possible that Hurley could have brought a third player and TV could have brought the other two. The BDD could have played every one of their seniors and still not had more than 12 players. In order to keep the complaints down, TV only had 3 players originally selected as did Hurley. ONe of the Hurley kids did not show up because he was out of town or someting to that manner. That is why TV ended up with a fourth player, which equaled 8 players at the game. As Pathetic as it may seem to you, you must give them some credit the kids did win the game.

HCR 50 affirms that Texas claims sovereignty under the 10th Amendment over all powers not otherwise granted to the federal government. It also designates that all compulsory federal legislation that requires states to comply under threat of civil or criminal penalties, or that requires states to pass legislation or lose federal funding, be prohibited or repealed.
