Live Free or Die Already this year, the “Live Free or Die†state of New Hampshire, has taken several very bold stands against the United States Federal Government. The first is House Concurrent Resolution (HCR) 0001 1 for 2009, which urges Congress to withdraw the United States from the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America. For those who didn’t know, President Bush met with the leaders of Canada and Mexico in 2005, and signed the SPPP treaty, presumably paving the way for the North American Union. Of the Main Stream Media, only CNN’s Lou Dobbs took notice, and reported it to the general public. The resolution goes on to say: “Whereas, the gradual creation of such a North American Union from a merger of the United States, Mexico, and Canada would be a direct threat to the Constitution and national independence of the United States, and imply an eventual end to national borders within North America;†Another resolution, HCR 0010 2, goes further by urging congress to withdraw the United States from the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) by first citing: “Whereas, millions of jobs have been lost by Americans due to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) since it was approved by Congress and signed by President Bill Clinton in 1993;†It then points out specifically that it wasn’t a free trade agreement at all, but a major step forward in creating the New World Order, by quoting Henry Kissinger and Robert Pastor directly: “Whereas, Henry A. Kissinger wrote in the Los Angeles Times for July 18, 1993, regarding NAFTA: “What Congress will have before it is not a conventional trade agreement but the architecture of a new international system; and Whereas, Robert Pastor wrote in the January/February 2004 issue of Foreign Affairs: “NAFTA was merely the first draft of an economic constitution for North Americaâ€. However, these aside, HCR0006 3 is the boldest declaration of all. Titled “A RESOLUTION affirming States’ rights based on Jeffersonian principlesâ€, it officially places the Federal Government on notice that the state of New Hampshire will no longer sit idly by while its states rights and the rights of its citizens are eroded by unlawful legislation from the Congress, the President or the Federal Judiciary. HCR 0006 reaffirms its state constitution, and its objectives for joining the “Several States†in forming the union. It then states: “That the several States composing the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their General Government; but that, by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a General Government for special purposes, -- delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving, each State to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self-government“. The resolution explains further: “That the Constitution of the United States, having delegated to Congress a power to punish treason, counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States, piracies, and felonies committed on the high seas, and offences against the law of nations, slavery, and no other crimes whatsoever;†Finally, the resolution declares that upon the next unconstitutional act of any branch of the federal Government, New Hampshire will consider it a breach of contract, and dissolve the Federal Government entirely: “That any Act by the Congress of the United States, Executive Order of the President of the United States of America or Judicial Order by the Judicatories of the United States of America which assumes a power not delegated to the government of United States of America by the Constitution for the United States of America and which serves to diminish the liberty of the any of the several States or their citizens shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution for the United States of America by the government of the United States of America†For which several specific examples are cited in the body of the resolution Directly:. “Acts which would cause such a nullification include, but are not limited to: I. Establishing martial law or a state of emergency within one of the States comprising the United States of America without the consent of the legislature of that State. II. Requiring involuntary servitude, or governmental service other than a draft during a declared war, or pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law. III. Requiring involuntary servitude or governmental service of persons under the age of 18 other than pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law. IV. Surrendering any power delegated or not delegated to any corporation or foreign government. V. Any act regarding religion; further limitations on freedom of political speech; or further limitations on freedom of the press. VI. Further infringements on the right to keep and bear arms including prohibitions of type or quantity of arms or ammunition;†And if the afore mentioned declaration of nullification was in anyway misunderstood – they reiterated: That should any such act of Congress become law or Executive Order or Judicial Order be put into force, all powers previously delegated to the United States of America by the Constitution for the United States shall revert to the several States individually. Any future government of the United States of America shall require ratification of three quarters of the States seeking to form a government of the United States of America and shall not be binding upon any State not seeking to form such a government; New Hampshire has not forgotten the principles of Freedom on which this country was founded, even if most of the Federal Government has. We must all work to get our own state legislatures to enact similar resolutions, if they haven’t already. So I asked him why? He said that during the Pledge of Allegiance the teacher put up a large image of Obama next to the flag. I asked him if he was sure of this and I suggested to him that maybe the teacher just put up an 8x10 photo of the president. He said, "No, it is a large picture of Obama and when we are done Ms. **** turns off the image." I also asked if they did this for Bush last year? He again said, "No." This was my sons first day back to school since before Christmas, he was on a 5 week track break. "My wife volunteers a couple of days each week with helping out with my sons teacher doing various duties. She said that she would come in early this morning to see what was going on. She just got back and reported that this was true and then some. She said she waited out in the pod area and could see inside 3 of the 5 class rooms in this section of school. She said that when the kids stand each teacher flips on the classroom overhead and a full body image of Obama, with six U.S. flags behind him, comes up about 4 feet away from the flag that hangs on the wall. She said that the image has Obama staring straight at you with no facial expressions, just a serious look. I asked my wife if Obama had his hand over his heart? She said that she was so taken aback by this that she didn't see it. What is worse is she said that all of the kids in each class faced Obama instead of the flag that hangs in the corner. "What the heck is going on? "Guys and gals, I need some advise on how to approach this. I can be somewhat hot headed so I need to plan accordingly with what to say to the principal when we go in to inquire about this. I am sure I will be brushed off so what is my next step? Welcome to the NANNY STATE! Things are progressively getting worse and we have only witnessed the beginning. It stands for the "Constitution Free Zone." This is an area in America that is within 100 miles from any point along the American Border. As a result of the Department of Homeland Security, the Constitution of the United States DOES NOT apply to anyone in that area. Technically, your individual rights can be violated by the government and there is nothing that a court can do to protect you if it happens within this area. Fortunately for most of us in SWVA we do not live in the CFZ, but if you draw a circle around the U.S. border and shade in the areas within 100 miles inland you will find that a lot of Americans do reside in these areas. Mexico is falling apart at the seams, there are basically three drug cartels that are fighting for control of the country and as of right now, they control more than the so called Mexican Government. By Class Genocide, I am referring to organizations such as Planned Parenthood and other pro Abortion organizations that have a long standing history of promoting abortions among poverty stricken segments of society. It takes a majority vote and there haven't been enough deaths or retirements from the court since then to allow a Republican President the right to appoint enough justices to actually overrule that decision. I went to get groceries this morning, they called school of here in Buchanan County and I teach, filled two buggies up to the top. Went through the checkout and the cashier had the gall to ask me to pay for the groceries! What the heck is going on, I though Obama was president and everything would be free from now on! If that wasn't bad enough, I picked up the mail and there was a freakin' power bill in it, what's going on? This guy lied! I highly recommend a viewing of the recently released DVD EXPELLED, this documentary, by Ben Stein, does an excellent job of showing how the scientific community in America and throughout parts of the world supress opposing viewpoints and discourage healthy debate regarding Intelligent Design. The Global Warming agenda is strongly supported by it's proponents. Interestingly enough, these people who are so eager to learn more, DISCOURAGE scrutiny and opposing views.
