We threatened to score on our first two possessions. Our defense is what caused us this game. As well as us turning the ball over in the red zone. Our defense was non-existent. I wish Liberty the best of luck, hope and pray we get another shot at them in the playoffs! Im sure you Sherman-Liberty fans wouldnt mind to see another thriller, but with the Tide prevailing in the end!

Liberty has a very good ball team. Ill give them credit where credit is due. However, we played horrible against them. We were plagued by mistakes for the second year in a row. Missed an extra point, then failed a 2 point conversion, penalties, missed an onside kick, as well as missing a tackle on 4th down at the goal line. We should have won by 2-3 touchdowns, but mistakes happen and we must learn from them... We will see if we are an elite team like Bluefield doubts of us if we can bounce back against Ravenswood. My prediction for James Monroe and Liberty is.... JM-28 Liberty-14

Martinsburg-35 Bluefield-21 QB Nate Sowers will lead Martinsburg past the Beavers by 2 touchdowns.

The game is at Liberty. We are #4 and they are #5 so I look for it to be a great game. We always play a tough game when we play Liberty. Last year we lost because of turnovers and mistakes on special teams, but those mishaps wont happen again this year.

I disagree... Not only because I played last night... but we were down 18-0 and we came back... I and a few others on the team played the entire game and were just as tired... and we came out on top... You cant begin to say the calls by the refs were fair either... We got off to a slow start on offense which put our defense against the wall... Once we got things rolling on offense you couldnt stop our quarterback... and couldnt do anything on our defense...

We usually bring a pretty decent sized crowd with us when we are doing good... but I am not sure how many we will be bringing with us tomorrow night...
