those are all good points but there are all those problems in football too and we seem to do just fine and for the fan support problem even though i dont like to think of richlands fans as fair weather fans if we had a good coach than the wins would come and the bleachers would be filled more than the decent crowds we have now with a 2-15 record
No offense but talkin bout grundy/beaver game before now wasnt it grudy back in there great years (mid 90's) why was yall still playin hurley, garden and honaker.
Why dont they still play there basketball games at the brushfork armory i think that was a great place to watch a game the only time i got to see one there
lets all start a damn protest nobody wants to play carroll in anything lets kick 'em to the curb i dont care if they play in the highlands they would fit in better there with all the whinny ...well i wont say it after all this is a family board lol
if its the same Johnson im thinkin bout i know hes a pretty good baseball/softball ump but i havent seen him ref any football or basketball so i wouldnt know
its downright painful watchin the boys play cause its kinda like watchin an ethiopian have food in front of him and his dad not telling him how to eat it. we got the players just need some new leadership
well rife knows better to schedule honaker in basketball cause yall would beat us with him on the bench but i would love to see more honaker/richlands matchups glad to see it back in football and would like to see it in b-ball and baseball too.
tom rife will get on here and think hes the stuff and will want to stay for 10 more years lol hope not cause there are some little league coachs that could out coach him
id have to say nick harman from twin valley he can play just about any spot on the floor and suceed great defender and good shooter when hes on he can play with anyone and even when hes off hes still a hell of a player
yeah the athletes are good in richlands. the problem is most of them wont play wether it be because of rife or working on other sports but basketball just isnt what it used to be tornado country
soon hopefully richlands is too good an athletic school not to have a good basketball program wonder if we can get larry shortridge in here he does a great job with the tiger girls and he was my coach in little league at garden he knows his stuff
joe u come back and play and ill be there dude lol but nobody has said anything bout old crazy payne he can run hard and was a very important power back this year
had to throw richlands in there didnt u. lol j/k i think honaker will be great next year this year is just one of those rought ones but richlands is on a constant rebuilding till rife leaves.
i heard something like that too. its a shame hes at southwest cause i think he could have made an impact somewhere but he knows whats best for him i wish him the best
