Everyone keep Coach and his family in your prayers. He has been diagnosed with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease disease. This is a neurological disease and he is back at UVA. He only has a couple of weeks.

coaches met at THS yesterday and voted. selections can not be announced until all SWD teams are out of play. when tazewell loses, it will be announced.

Interesting! However, after attending many, many bulldog baseball games throughout the years, I can only think of two fan sections that are out of control at Tazewell. And, I have never seen or heard of a player cussing out another's parents, or parent/player. I do know there is one man that finds it extremely humorous to yell and try to initiate controversy with the other team... he finds this funny. It is actually not. The other is a group that sits on the hill, I doubt too many people can hear their comments. I don't think your comments are appropriate in putting all of Tazewell fans into this category of bad sportsmanship... we're not. And, I believe every school can look at their own fans and find that one person, or group that you would like to tell to "shut up" or that you choose to sit as far away from! Also, I can't think of anyone on the team that is "jealous" of Wills Murray. For the most part he was well liked at Tazewell, and still is.

carroll county uses their own referees.. not from the SWD referee pool. however, at the recent region IV meeting, it was voted that they must use refs from the SWD pool starting in the fall of 2005!

eric did catch the ball... a tremendous catch at that! carroll county knows he caught it. one of their coaches even called a coach (not baseball) in t-town and told him so! but, why argue with a great call! that's baseball.. right! tazewell v. carroll - may 16! good luck dawgs!

swd is doing great in the coppinger! great job guys! after reading this board, i'm a little at awe in the fact that t-town is said to be cocky... can't seem to find anything on this board to that affect. and the guys i know from t-town are very excited and pumped about baseball.. not the least bit cocky! great job pitching last night - Rob Stanton. Come on guys.. focus on Baseball! may the best team WIN!
