I have begun the process of converting my 16mm game fllm (some as early as 1954) and VHS game tapes to DVDs. The 16mm are mostly balck and white (except for state championship games) and of course have not audio. The VHS are mastered from the old Channel 30 or GCTV tapes are very high quality. Where available DVDs will contain the team pictures and rosters of BOTH teams and scans of the game program. A newspaper account is included if available also. The four championship seasons (1970, 1974, 1997, 2003 )will be converted first, unless I receive specific requests. The first DVD in the Championship Series is now available. I "inherited" over 160 reels of GC 16mm game film (1950s to 1980s)from Coach Fry's daughter after his death. I also have access to ALL the VHS games cassettes from around 1981 to present. My current project is to make DVD copies of the 4 State Championship seasons and then continue with other games of interest. If anyone has programs, pictures, rosters etc. from opponents' schools PLEASE email a scan to me so I can include in in the DVDs.
