Giles,Honaker,Tazewell,Northwood, and someone else Put that with a district schedule playing Gate City, Lee, and Va. High. I dont believe you can complain about their schedule.

George Wythe is never an "underdog"/ To be honest there's not really an underdog this year in the district. Rural Retreat, Gw, Chilhowie, and Lebanon are all on about the same level of talent. Thats the way I like it though. Any team in the district can win against each other on any night.

I just don't think Chilhowie has the offense to beat anyone else. Lebanon defense stopped them all night except for about 2 or 3 plays. I think Gw has to much speed and athletisism to lose this one. Gw-26 Chil-7

The key for the pioneers is stopping the pass. I believe they have the linebackers and lineman to stop the run but they are starting a freshman and a first year starting junior at corners. Rural Retreat from what i've heard usually send about 4 recievers out at one time so this will be a big week for the secondary. Hawkins is a pretty good reciver and he has a good qb throwing him the passes. Lebanon 20 RR 14

Game of the Week in the Hogo. Any thoughts or predictions??

Congrats to the Pioneers for a huge victory over George Wythe. Lebanon was picked 6th in the district and Wythe was ranked the number 5 team in the state i think. They controlled the whole game and pulled it out 26-21 at the end. Davis is a great athlete and hats off to them. Lebanon's line blocked well and Massie ran hard and wouldnt let one person bring him down.

Is it true Jesse spained his ankle and is doubtful for Fridays game against Patrick Henry?
