Honaker and Twin Valley will be the top two teams. The road after BDD will be tough for the Tigers because they will be in the bigger division (if there are two) after redistricting. Twin Valley should have it easy because the competition will not be as stiff in the smaller division.

Guess you found out who the best team in the area is. Twin Valley beat VHS twice... Abingdon in pre-season scrimmage...and if I'm not mistaken went 1 & 1 in Science Hill's Round Ball in the Hall beating Cleveland, TN by 2 and losing to Sullivan Central by 9 (which was their 1st regular season game). By the way they took Oak Hill Red into overtime losing by 3 (at Oak Hill).

After this weekend and the Virginia High tournament you'll see who the best is...TWIN VALLEY.

yea - hurley wins big. the panthers D cant stop the speed of hurley. the know how just isnt there. some say basketball is more important than finishing out the season...if u know what i mean.

if stoping havens is the key don't count on tv's D. i agree with most people you here the athlitics are there but something jus isnt workin. you have those who can really talk the telk but that is wher it stops. i hope tv wins out just to show those who quit on the team. i even herd someone went awol a few days before the honaker game to go hunting. guess once you relize the season is hopeless you just give up. good luck tv don't abandn ship yet ther are still games to be won.

The buzz has it the Panther's QB will no longer don the black, silver, and purple on the football field this season. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, can you tell us why? Is it due to injury or what?
