Richlands got beat 11-2 in part because Sydney Hogston had to have an emergency operation the night before the game....but..having said that...im also goign to say that Taz was a good team..hands down...however...since we didnt have our 3rd baseman and no one had practiced there...all taz did was bunt....

I do not know if either pitched during JV..I only know about varsity...i played jv my 8th grade year and other than that I havent' the slightest clue...I was just sayin that neither girl had pitched at the varsity level against Richlands in the past 4 years..maybe the post was about JV games..if so..sorry I misunderstood..but on the other hand I think its kinda difficult for someone to say that Richlands cant hit either girl...alot changes from JV to Varsity..Its a much faster paced game..JV and Varsity are two totally different playing fields...

About the comment earlier about Richlands never being able to hit off of Barton and Chaffin....how can you hit off of someone who never pitches unless it was in JV....for the past 4 years...the only pitcher that tazewell has thrown at the varsity level has been Whitney Muncey....jw

Not excuses...Just the truth...

Im not one to blame the refs...but they were horrible tonight...shouldnt have been a game if the fouls that were actually committed had been called...i mean...they were kicking us and throwin bows right in front of the ref and they didnt do a thing about it...and earlier this year we had a girl thrown out for *supposedly* kickin someone and we even had tapes to prove she didtn adn she still had to sit out 2 games...should have been some ejections or at least T's tonight!!...and just for the record..they didnt play but a few minutes with 4 players...
