Check out today's paper. Area coaches have spoken and they agree that Abingdon is in a different world when it comes to football. With no discipline and the parents running the program, I just don't think they'll ever get it right. I sallute Greg Mance and John Adams standing up for hardnose football.

Greg Mance will not be interested in this job. Why would he want to leave a football town - where the tradition is hard work builds PRIDE - pride builds winners. Abingdon is not this, I hate to say it but we are more concerned with if we look good, not if we play good. We don't want to lay it all on the line. You must work hard in order to become a champion.

Richlands has a good team. They look good against the weaker schedule. I just believe, G-Men play tougher teams and will be tougher to handle. My case is last year's playoff game. Richlands got lucky in beating the G-Men. The storm will be calm come Friday. Thats my predition.

Its one thing to yell and motivate through intensity - it is another thing to undermine the character of the football team. I think that is what was at stake here.

I think G-Men. Richlands' defense is in question. I know they haven't played the level of competition that Graham brings. I mean, lets face it, Grundy scored on Richlands.
