Seems to me Rebs that maybe you all are a little aggravated about a pitiful season and just venting with Cwood. Weren't you all blown out on several Friday nights this year???? Anyway, who cares now? Neither of you made it to the playoffs!

Once again, I must say that it takes ALOT of coaching ability to take a 1-9 team to 8-2 District co-champs in 2 seasons. Props to ESPN for giving a pat on the back to the "underdog" coach in SWVA. Hard to imagine that anyone other than "the precious few" getting any good media....

You are so totally misinformed...you apparently have no idea what has gone on in the cumberland this year...

He has already proven that he can take a 1-9 team and bring them to the top. I say it takes a better coach to acheive that than a coach who has a team full of great athletes to win games.

I assume that you are a fan of one of the rival CD teams that are jealous of CW's success, and I understand. He has accquired a great coaching staff and a fine group of kids that work well together. Most folks would be jealous of that. I say congrats to some much earned respect for the whole team as well as the coach!
