excuses, i think not, okay you kinda played to marions half potential. if you were in the game you would have noticed that marion didnt play that great. if you think you are just as good or better, what happened to you on the field today?? marion slaugtered you 5-0, even if the goals were in the first half except for the pk.

goals by stefan, joao, mike (2) in the first half, and freeman by pk in second half.

freeman player of the year. beleive me, if you have seen the great effort he puts into his game, he is phenomenal. this without a doubt. my first choice was neil henry but freeman has stepped it up tremendously this year. he plays when he is injured when no other player would. and it seems that he isnt even injured at all. and anyways, he has not broken the most goals scored in a season at marion. there was a player who scored somewhere between 45 to 50 goals. but he has broken the most points scored in a season, i believe he is up to 100 points maybe.(that is, goals and assists if you have a question)

marion 5......carrol county 0. not much of a match but great effort. after all, some of the players quit trying after the first half when it was 4-0

actually, mike cisneros' soccer boots have touched that field. but thats because he is their kicker. But the sad thing is his last year was the 2006 season in which he made all region and honorable mention in state. but thats football so i guess that doesnt matter.

none of you can blame this on just one player. both teams lost their heads. i saw it on both teams. just play soccer and everything will be great. play like nothing happened. the fans want to see a soccer game and not an 11 0n 11 boxing match.

Okay, this was a horrible game but i congratulate abingdon on their victory. #7 played way too dirty. I'm pretty sure marion will not let his actions go by unpunished. We'll just have ot wait for saturday to see who becomes the regular season champs. i predict a fight on saturday unless their is better reffing. mr. aviator needs to retire!!

I was just wondering what are all the teams advancing to the region tournament.

This is suppose to be a very good game. The only thing i hate is that abiingdon has been rambling on about marion sopposively cheating and playing dirty in round 1. They even made up excuses at school like this telling people this was the reason they lost. Very poorly handled. This came from a very reliable source. Take some dignity in your loss. And by the way, i was at the game and video taped it from a good angle. The play was all clean. Even the ref said teh defender had flopped and was only signaling that he was on the ground and not a foul. But tomorrow game will be close and both teams deserve it. May the best team win. Great teams and great players. Who is going to win the district? Va high wants it as well but needs to beat marion twice and marion needs to beat abingdon.
