I was just watching CNN and they was interviewing a guy and he was questioning and trying to blame GOD for the shooting he said where was GOD at why didnt he stop this senseless act.... GOD never promised a bed of roses for anybody while here on earth I was brought up not to question what GOD does or doesnt do but to believe in him no matter the situation..... this was a senseless act but but this guy made a mistake by trying to blame and question GOD IMO
Agreed. I think many feel that God controls every action of every day and that isn't so. If you look to him for guidance, you will make a decision full of heart and full of thought. It's obvious this sick bastard did not have GOD in his heart or mind when committing murder and suicide. The guy on CNN, like many of us, are searching for answers. If you feel that God controls everything and when it's "your time," then I'm sure you have doubts and questions. It happens to many during a time like that. You aren't supposed to question God, but he is human. We aren't supposed to sin, but most do everyday in one form or fashion.
My big question with all this is why would you target small children? That is the one thing that brings tears to my eyes and that I can't wrap my mind around it.
IF for some reason the Big12 was to "fall apart" with the Big Four (UT, TT, OU, OSU) heading west and say, Kansas to the B1G, as well as UConn or other current ACC member...
AND the ACC was looking to pick up some of the leftovers of the Big12 in order to get to 14/16/18/20 or whatever the end number is...
AND knowing that academics are BS to the ACC in the world of Conference Realignment (see Loserville to ACC), WVU is invited to join the ACC with the backing of the football schools (FSU, Clemson, and VT)...
Would the WVU fans still hold this inborn/inbred hatred toward the Hokies???

WVU fans will always hate VT / PITT. It's no different than your hate for UVA. It's a healthy rivalry. No reason why it's any bigger deal than why Steeler fans hate the Cowyboys or why UNC / Duke can't stand each other. VT fans can't stand WVU either. We can all be tame about it and have fun with it, but the "hatred" will always be there.

I don't think they are very cool. I liked the black matte one they had and the white one with the VT wasn't bad. I know the new thing is to have special unis for special occasions, but not so sure on this one.
I like the respect of the local teams, but I think it's a waste of time. It's too much like the preseason rankings. It gets you in the right place for post season awards in this case, but means very little at this point.
Love to see the EERS getting respect, but they have to keep doing what they do.
ACC gained two basketball schools. They are strengthening a weak in conference schedule. They now have 4 teams that can compete reguarly. VT will benefit from this if they can pick up a win against two of them and some other non conference games.

LOL, your a sad little boy. Read the article. As a sports fan in general, Beamer does it right. Yes he gets some sorry ass kids but who don't. Everyone wants to win. Coaches get a bad wrap a lot of times for having the badly behaved kids. But, isn't that part of coaching. Giving kids an opportunity to be a better person, get an education, and learn how to become a man?

Just because I have a rivalry hate for a team doesn't mean I don't respect them or their coaches. I can't stand Puke, but Coach K is a great coach. Some could debate that anyone could be a good coach with great talent, but I think K, Beamer as well as others such as Huggins do a wonderful job.

Yeah, I agree. It would be nice for the home team to have a rep. Most fans going want to see the big names of the game jack one out.
