Agreed. I think many feel that God controls every action of every day and that isn't so. If you look to him for guidance, you will make a decision full of heart and full of thought. It's obvious this sick bastard did not have GOD in his heart or mind when committing murder and suicide. The guy on CNN, like many of us, are searching for answers. If you feel that God controls everything and when it's "your time," then I'm sure you have doubts and questions. It happens to many during a time like that. You aren't supposed to question God, but he is human. We aren't supposed to sin, but most do everyday in one form or fashion. My big question with all this is why would you target small children? That is the one thing that brings tears to my eyes and that I can't wrap my mind around it.

WVU fans will always hate VT / PITT. It's no different than your hate for UVA. It's a healthy rivalry. No reason why it's any bigger deal than why Steeler fans hate the Cowyboys or why UNC / Duke can't stand each other. VT fans can't stand WVU either. We can all be tame about it and have fun with it, but the "hatred" will always be there.

Ok , someone passed this along to me. I haven't seen these helmets until now. Just curious what you all think? I am by no means trying to hurt anyone's feelings and ruin their day. I don't think they are very cool. I liked the black matte one they had and the white one with the VT wasn't bad. I know the new thing is to have special unis for special occasions, but not so sure on this one. I like the respect of the local teams, but I think it's a waste of time. It's too much like the preseason rankings. It gets you in the right place for post season awards in this case, but means very little at this point. Love to see the EERS getting respect, but they have to keep doing what they do.

ACC gained two basketball schools. They are strengthening a weak in conference schedule. They now have 4 teams that can compete reguarly. VT will benefit from this if they can pick up a win against two of them and some other non conference games.

LOL, your a sad little boy. Read the article. As a sports fan in general, Beamer does it right. Yes he gets some sorry ass kids but who don't. Everyone wants to win. Coaches get a bad wrap a lot of times for having the badly behaved kids. But, isn't that part of coaching. Giving kids an opportunity to be a better person, get an education, and learn how to become a man? Beamer has done what a lot of coaches don't in this day.....stay loyal! Unfortunately, professional sports don't have a lot of it.....look at Lebron. Beamer has built that program and yes he is VT's "Paterno" figure. uo Just because I have a rivalry hate for a team doesn't mean I don't respect them or their coaches. I can't stand Puke, but Coach K is a great coach. Some could debate that anyone could be a good coach with great talent, but I think K, Beamer as well as others such as Huggins do a wonderful job.
