Agreed. I think many feel that God controls every action of every day and that isn't so. If you look to him for guidance, you will make a decision full of heart and full of thought. WVU fans will always hate VT / PITT. It's no different than your hate for UVA. It's a healthy rivalry. No reason why it's any bigger deal than why Steeler fans hate the Cowyboys or why UNC / Duke can't stand each other. VT fans can't stand WVU either. We can all be tame about it and have fun with it, but the "hatred" will always be there.

Ok , someone passed this along to me. I haven't seen these helmets until now. Just curious what you all think? I am by no means trying to hurt anyone's feelings and ruin their day. I don't think they are very cool. I liked the black matte one they had and the white one with the VT wasn't bad. I know the new thing is to have special unis for special occasions, but not so sure on this one. I like the respect of the local teams, but I think it's a waste of time. It's too much like the preseason rankings. It gets you in the right place for post season awards in this case, but means very little at this point. Love to see the EERS getting respect, but they have to keep doing what they do.

ACC gained two basketball schools. They are strengthening a weak in conference schedule. They now have 4 teams that can compete reguarly. VT will benefit from this if they can pick up a win against two of them and some other non conference games.

Coaches get a bad wrap a lot of times for having the badly behaved kids. But, isn't that part of coaching. Giving kids an opportunity to be a better person, get an education, and learn how to become a man? Beamer has done what a lot of coaches don't in this day.....stay loyal! Well well, I'm back! LOL, after a month ban for answering a little man's yawner of a football question, I'm here. I just wanted everyone to know that I was banned for a month because BHS7695 didn't like my answer to a poor question that he posed. This site used to be somewhat fun, but there are a few that have the "power" and abuse it. If someone was cursing or personally attacking someone, sure ban away. But on a public message board, ban someone for disagreeing with someone acting like a child? Seriously? You guys make this place like a huge joke. God forbid someone post a story or have a difference of opinion. Oh and geeeez if someone puts you in your place....you can't find the ban button fast enough. I know, several people have felt the same way about this site. I'll probably delete my account in the coming days because there is nothing here that can't be found elsewhere. What's the point in having a message board if difference of ideas is not accepted? You would think the guys that actually own / operate this site would not be happy having their site represented by childish people.
