The thing is year after year we hear the same thing, so so is coming hear and so so is going there, and 9 times out of 10 nothing ever happens, and alot of times if it does the hype of that player was blown way out of the water and the skill doesnt meet the expectations.

Heard last week the the boys from Big Creek are being adopted by one of their family members in Richlands so they can play football at Richlands. Not sure how true it is but I heard it. Take it for what its worth I guess.

Anyone heard how TJ is doing?

Im not saying a 50-0 win, im thinking 42-20ish. The "O" was unstopable that year and had a pretty damn good defense.

I think the 2006 team of Richlands would have rolled Bluefield that year. Just my opinion. The Blues had so much talent it wouldnt funny

I think Richlands dropped Bluefield and picking up Lebanon, not positive, but I think thats whats going on. I would like to see us drop a single A school and keep Bluefield but Im not running the show. I think Richlands is still apprehensive about playing Bluefield because of the whole cheating scandal a few years back when they dropped Bluefield to begin with.

The community and fans play a role as well.

One of the better players I have seen at Tazewell in a long time.

Good player but I didnt think D1 material. You see players just as good as Muncy every to every other year that go to school like Emory Henry, etc.. Congrats though cant blame a kid for getting his name out there.

YEP, going to be hard to replace Elswick. I think its going to take some time getting of "o" going next season, hopefully not to long.

Muncy was a good football player and pretty much carried the Dawgs (atleast against the Blues for the region). The thing is I compared him to Austin Fuller from Richlands and he didnt compare that great. He didnt have alot of stats. Great all around player though

Preseason Predictions anyone? Dawgs 5-5, Richlands 7-3, Abingdon 5-5, Graham 6-4, Grundy 3-7, CC 6-4, Marion 4-6. Whats everyone else think, didnt think about it just threw it up pretty quick

Everyone is just waiting for the FALCONS to prove them wrong. Abingdon catches all the hell because they never come through when the football season starts. If Abingdon can put it together one year and win the SWD then you all can talk smack to us. Got to do the talking on the field first. Instead of trimming the talons I think you need to let them grow alittle longer. Besides not many things can get through a Tornado unharmed.

Thats true, we have one helluva coaching staff. I don't think for next year there is one defined team that you can say will def. win the SWD. Out of all the SWD teams, who has the most returning starters?

The Blues will be young and inexperienced next year, even more so than this year. Replacing QB, RB, some lineman, some recievers. Will be a true character test for the Blues next year. Who know about all the kids that supposed to be transfering to Richlands, you can't really bank on that. It all depends on how well next years team progresses as the year goes on. I am looking for a slow start, even a little slower than this year. I don't see next years offense being a dominant passing team like the previouse years, hope they prove my instincts wrong. At best we will have a sophmore or junior at QB and same at RB. If no more seniors come out we are looking at having about 3 to 4 seniors on the team.
