Thanks tiger, You are right on with the competing thing, that's all they need to worry about is to go and execute to their best with their best and I'm sure even if the refs make some bad calls...so be it...the talent will show on the field, not on this computer....my prediction is as follows if the same team that came out to play Haysi, plays as they did that night then its gonna be tough for J I ....but if the the team that came to play Honaker shows up then its gonna be tough for Hurley....so my prediction is Hurley will win by 6 points...Go Rebels...hey thanks for the encouragement from the other side of the mountain ....that really makes a difference when you have people on this side that seem to have a little jealousy boiling because they aren't where we are now....so thanks it does make a difference...hey any local team deserves support....I'm proud when I hear good things on our local football teams...

Well, guys the Rebels made it to the playoffs....long awaited....I would like to request for the community to show some sort of display for the HHS football team this week and next week , whether it be window painting in the businesses or a Rebel Flag or simply ballons, ribbons, signs, or car window paint...whatever your choice, remember you walked through the same doors at Hurley High and you are still a Rebel at heart too. So show some pride in our community. Thanks guys for making us proud to be a Rebel!

One word of advice, you never turn your back on someone that you think will sucker punch you! Always give four quarters to the man beside you ! It's been a rough week for you guys, but you are a better ball club than shown. So go get those warriors, and yea! bust their maters...lol Get us a win and turn all this bull sh33 talk around.....its there for the taking!

Well let's see, the Rebels played this same bunch of Haysi boys in jv football and won easily.....what's the difference now...Hurley has the talent, they need to put them in the right positions to get better penetration on the field......I've watched them play before....they are at their peak this year maybe a few changes that I would make...but defense is solid as a rock...

I agree, Bluefield should run the spread option, definitly. I didn't hear anything about the Marshall elite, if so 4.41 is pretty quick.

Heck, I heard there was one dude at Hurley bench pressing close to 400! The Falcons better get the maxium protein drinks along with high potent bird seed if their gonna do anything this year! They should be further along than that!!!Go Falcons spread your wings and drop the bird doodoo on them opponents..lol

I also need to mention Waynick, you have been a great asset to this team...you are awesome how you catch that ball....they broke the mold when they made you....I like the XBOX moves....you will go somewhere....good luck man, fly like an EAGLE.....

From what I am told, they are one crazy bunch of boys, they feel the need to prove people wrong about the little football club.....these are the same boys that have won championships from little league up to now....and to beat it all its against the same group of Haysi boys they have beat them before in previous years...so I say its Rebel time....when you see a "BIG" hit and the tackler gets up and holds his tongue out and says AHHHHHH YEA BABY< HOW DID YOU LIKE THAT< meantime the other player is laying there splattered from the hit....then I say they are crazy...and feed off of pain....so the defense seems to thrive on pain, they are immune to it so to speak....all I can say is they are mean, crazy, and have the ass to back up there need for the win ...I say this will be the most physical bunch of boys that Colley has been up against in a long time....believe me it showed at the Pound game....the offense is top notch with daredevil Cooper as the leader, the defense has rubbed off on him and he's out there to set the pace of the offense, he don't care to take off with it and get far as he can....lord knows what he says in the huddle, keep up the good work offense, get that ball in past Haysi as many times as you can....and score as high as you can because lord knows they have on us in previous years...It's been a long time since I have seen a group of boys with so much heart to win.....these boys are in it to win it this time....Never give up...play till the end four BIG quarters , thats all it takes to a step further toward the BDD...Zac you keep a close eye on things don't give up any points you did a good job the last ball game...we are finally getting you broke in defensively....dont it feel good, Zak.....Reed, you keep digging, dont stop for no one, Gary, what can I say, you are the man...I wouldn't want to hit you...you would hurt me...shove it up their ass Gary as many times you need to....John, Robbie, Todd, Tyson, Cody, Cole, You cant be shut down, go full steam "like a big train ", what one don't get the other comes to take care of it....Regal, man you are the bomb too...I like that twister you did on Pound and ended up getting the touchdown...awesome....as I told Gary run it up their asses when you can....Baker keep gnawing at the quarterback he'll come down eventually...good job Baker lets see some more....Toby help Baker , we want to see you do one of those cut and dry quarterback sacks as you did with phelps you know what we mean....All I can say, is this team is a strong, mean, competitive, machine that will not give up and fights till the end and will definitely rock your world...classic....

What about you thinking we are on the end of nowhere!!!!! Well with all this being said, the Rebels continue to be a strong team to compete with this year, in spite of what people say, they thrive off of negative comments and stand to prove to the people that say these negative things, that they are strong enough to win this year. So go ahead and make negative comments they just get more and more physical with it...by the time it gets to the field they are ready to mow them down......For those that support the Rebels.... show your support by displaying a Rebel flag or some sort of sign, such as "Go Rebels" anything to let them know you support them. They will make you (the fans) very proud to be from the little town of Hurley....Remember they are representing Hurley ...SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR....SHOW YOUR SUPPORT !!!!!!!!
