Bluefield_Rules 46 Report Share Posted February 2, 2005 I was told years ago that Tazewell County was so cautious about having school during bad weather b/c of a tragic school bus accident. Apparently, years ago a bad storm hit the area and T.C. put their schools on a delay schedule. The roads were still bad when the buses started running resulting in a deadly accident with one bus and the county was sued. Now, I don’t know if there is any truth to that or not. Yeah there's ice, I could care less how many days we miss, this is my last semester! I love the fact that we're almost automatically put on 2 hr delay for tomorrow!
