Bulldog 82 11 Report Share Posted February 4, 2006 I heard a rumor that Franklin Co. is on the verge of building a second high school. That would mean they would have two AA schools and probably would join the Piedmont Dist.. If the rumors are true then the Western Valley Dist. would lose a valuable AAA member.
