Works on Airtime, you can buy $20,$30,or $50 cards for it. Rates now are 25 cent a minute for first 10 minutes of the day, then 10 cents after that. .Or you can switch the rates to 18 cent a minute anytime, or they also have monthly plans starting at 14.99 a month for 100 anytime minutes. Here is a link stating the rest of the plans PLANS The phone has text and pic messaging, built in alarm clock,calculator, and web access. Has a few minor scratches on the face of it, nothing too noticable though. You can send your pics to the web and save them from your computer, or from a usb cord(not included). Will come with home and car charger, 30 dollar value in itself. Sells for 99 bucks new at stores now. Taking $65 with charger included is a good deal.
