In Group AA, only Chris Hamm of Courtland shot below par, at 2-under 69, giving him a three-shot lead after the first day of action. Among Southwest District golfers, J.D. Hunter of Graham had the best day. His score of 76 left him in a four-way tie for 13th going into today’s final round. Tazewell’s Garland Green, the medalist at the regional level, carded an 82. beano5 14 Report Share Posted October 16, 2006 oh there were plenty of them who said he had plenty of talent but never practiced or anything so he would never be as good as Garland Green and he needed to practice more if he wanted to be better and blah blah blah...
