zack 10 Report Share Posted July 28, 2007 WELL, the injury bug may have already hit salem before practice begins! ive heard that last years starting defensive end,LANG HAWKINS, A RISING JUNIOR, has been hurt at camp at james madison. i dont know whether this is true or not because i dont know what the circumstances were or are!i did not think you could hit under a team situation until august 1 with pads so maybe a freak injury. well, hopefully, he will be ok. anyway last year we suffered several injuries. luke guard 6'4" 257 lb defensive tackle lost for the year due to recurr3ent concussions. ben long offensive lineman broken arm, and john ribble with back problems.hopefully, lang will be alright to start the season.
