Salem's schedule seems apparently tougher. Oddly enough, both had trouble with Hidden Valley. Another big difference is Salem dominated the other common opponents; Bassett won, but took some fighting.

 

This looks a lot like a 14-7 type of game. Bassett could win this one, but from an outside perspective (I've not seen either team) Salem gets the edge from me. 14-7.
