Minorities in this country tend to vote democratic in large numbers. Not entirely true. Cubans vote HEAVILY Republican. Bay of Pigs = JFK = Democrat. But after doing some reading about it more than half of the prison population in this country is made up of blacks or latinos, two groups which generally speaking, vote heavily democratic. What percentage of these folks would even bother? I would kind of think that the percentage of felons voting would be much smaller than the general population.
