the watcher 10 Report Share Posted October 11, 2008 this game was never close as christiansburg had no ist downs till third quarter. salem had 2 passes dropped in end zone,a field goal blocked and missed 3 extra points.this could have been easily 40-0.stats to come later but christiansburg had no offense. C'burg couldn't beat Salem if the Spartans forfeited. Many of the teams in that district lose to Salem before the game even starts because mentally they don't really believe they can win.
