swvasport_7 10 Report Share Posted December 8, 2008 Well Grundy has a rematch with the Corba's tomarrow night (tuesday night.) They lost too them in the first game of the season at Council by 19, but this time they have senior big man back who did not get to play in that game. Last time it was a tight game untill they middle of the 3rd from what I was told. Maybe Joe can slow down that big man (Otto) this time. The Wave has alot of momentium coming from the double ot win at home on friday night, plus there playing in Grundy with there student section in that small gym that makes everything louder. swvasport_7 10 Author Report Share Posted December 10, 2008 (edited) Grundy wins another close one at home 35-34 (maybe 36-35 I cant remember.) It was a sloppy game both ways. Grundy was ahead the whole game between 7-12 pts but Council made a run at it in the last 5 mins. Council had a chance to win with 9 secs left and got 2 good looks near the basket and they both rimmed out. Grundy's next game is at Tazewell on Thursday night.
