Booked the Penthouse for the 22nd-25th for $99 a night under the March Savings Special (March 15-25) Then for the 26th its $171 for the Penthouse with the Early Summer special, and the 27th were just staying in the 2br condo (due to the 27th being friday ups the penthouse to $299) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I ended up finding a room for $66 at the Westgate Oceanfront Resort ( http://www.wgmyrtlebeach.com/ ). Probably not nearly as nice though. However, the first night we are staying at the Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort & Spa at Grand Dunes ( http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/myrgd-myrtle-beach-marriott-resort-and-spa-at-grande-dunes/ ) for FREE. Actually I had a few friends stay at the Westgate last year and overall I found it to be a really nice hotel. Good pools, nice rooms, but it's a little to far south than I prefer. But for a family trip it's the best location because you have the amusement park right across the road. And of course I'm sure that first night at the Marriott might just be the best hotel around.
