wave316 64 Report Share Posted April 20, 2010 Congratulations Gavin! Gavin will be playing this Friday in our FCA-Battle of the Border Va. versus Tenn. All -Star game at Va. High in Bristol. Joining Gavin for Team Va. are Scott Brewster of Graham, Chris Fleming of Haysi, Josh Smith of Twin Valley, Tristan Boysaw and Kenneth Waugh of George Wythe , Ty Frye of Northwood, Phillip Rhiner of Coeburn, and others. Tennessee will have players from Science Hill ,D. Bennett, Tenn. High etc...There will be 3 point shoot-outs and aslam dunk challenge. The girls game is also loaded with talent ,one young lady on the Tenn .side has just signed to play at Div.1 Lipscomb University ,Haley Nelson of Jefferson County. She scored over 1500 points in her career. Girls game is at 6 pm ,boys game to follow. Admission is free to students. Come if you can.
