Grundy10 10 Report Share Posted March 25, 2011 Glad some folks back home were able to watch the game. We had a very special group this year and were able to win it all! No doubt we earned it every step of the way, as we had a pretty tough road to the title. Hopefully the interest in Pikeville Basketball will pick up slightly over the next several years in the SWVA area with Bluefield College coming into the Mid South Conference. VHSLhelper 571 Author Report Share Posted March 25, 2011 (edited) I was lucky enough to think about it anf get out of here just after the tip. Pulled into the Expo just as the 2nd half tipped-off. I was kinda surprised that there were only around 250 ppl. there... but VERY surprised at the number across the street... ALL 5 stools at the bar were taken! Gonna have to head back down there 1 day and get sweatshirts for Lynda & Roger. Wonder if they'll be available by Hlilbilly Days??? And if y'all will be in the parade?
