Man allegedly beats brother with a pipe

Pax, W.Va (WVVA)- Detectives in Fayette County are searching for a man who they say beat his brother with a metal pipe. It happened at their mother's home in Pax Friday.

 

The Fayette County Sheriff says 34-year-old Tyson Kincaid severely beat his brother, 32-year-old Tarrance Kincaid and later ran from police.

 

Police don't know what led to the beating. Tarrance Kincaid is in stable condition at a hospital in Charleston.

 

Tyson Kincaid is facing malicious wounding along with other charges. Fayette County Sheriff Deputies describe Tyson as 5'6", 130lbs, blue eyes, brown hair and a mullet style haircut. Deputies say he also answers to the nickname "Joe Dirt." According to police, he is considered dangerous.
