VHSLhelper 571 Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 will be a 1-day event at the new Convocation Center, beside the fb field just before the college. From what I'm hearing, starts at 10 am... Austin Compton & Tyler Mc have 1st round byes. For the 1st timers... go to Vansant & take 83 to Haysi. The speed limit will drop to 25 and you'll go down & around a curve to a stop sign... turn left. Go about 2 miles and turn left at P+/NPB. Go about 1/2 mile and turn right across the bridge to Clintwood. The speed limit drops and you'll go down a mtn. into town (...if you miss the left at the Chevy lot, take the next left). Make a left at the light and go to Coeburn. Turn left onto Main and go about 3 miles; make a left onto the 4-lane. Go about 15 minutes. You CAN take the 1st Wise exit and go all the way up Main, but I'd go on up to the 2nd one, and make a left at the shopping center light by McD's. Go about a mile and turn right onto Main. Go about a mile and turn right towards the college. Go about 1/4 mile and hang a left into the sports complex.

Lance 228 Report Share Posted February 13, 2012 That's pretty interesting....I like Tyler and Trey...and Justin at the very least to win it all, would be shocked if they didn't...I expect all of them to make a good run at champs. Going to be fun to see how it all plays out...Grundy doesn't have a lock on it by any means.
