MrSocko 136 Report Share Posted July 27, 2012 Nice to see some Buchanan Co. boys on the Grey team. The Blue team seems to have quite a few more players. I don't think these boys understand that there is college recruits in the stands. I know there was last year at Mitchell Stadium. The game is a good "last chance" to show recruiters what you got. The Blue team does have some skilled players for sure!! I just hope noone gets hurt like last year and ruins anyones college careers! Lance 228 Author Report Share Posted July 28, 2012 I didn't get to go, my dad got released early from the bristol hospital and I had to help my parents...I didn't think he would get out until Monday, but they released him early. My dad is one of the few remaining living members of Smiley Ratliff's old Hurley teams...not many of them left now. But the kids had a good time and made some friends!! Fun was what its all about! I think he will be ok...i hope so anyway...hated to miss the game, especially since it was right in my back yard and considering it's been months since I went to a football game...so I'm kinda ready for some football at this point... but you have to take care of your family first of course. hope everyone had a good time, that's the main thing.
