After winning state and the Southeast Region, they have opened up World Series play in Kirkland, WA with a 5-0 win over Michigan. Great job girls! Kirkland was the same town about which ESPN did a "30 for 30" special regarding the famous LLWS team from the 80s. That's a great start, though! 87Tiger 62 Author Report Share Posted August 15, 2012 Kirkland beat Honaker 3-1 yesterday. Hopefully they can right the ship and defeat Canada tomorrow.
