LegendatLegion 109 Report Share Posted October 1, 2014 I like Lee fairly big, Middlesboro 34-12, GC 40-6 Trying to figure out Kentucky teams is wild this year. 2A Middlesboro 3-1-1 beat perennial 3A power Bell Co 17-14 (rivalry game) and lost to undefeated 1A Pikeville 31-20 who also beat 3A runners up in 2013 Belfry 29-
sixcat 2,919 Report Share Posted October 2, 2014 Grayson is terrible. Lee should win by however many they choose!
sup_rbeast 296 Report Share Posted October 2, 2014 The Union-Middlesboro game comes down to the O Line and front 7 on Defense. Injuries have decimated the Bears up front on both sides of the ball. But there is a good chance that 3 from both sides aren't able to go. If that's the case, Union will have a hard row to hoe unless some really young players are able to step up. Being without 1 on both sides of the ball showed up in a big way last week...being without 3 from the same position/group would be a tall order for any high school team to overcome. Just aren't that many schools where the 6th through 8th best linemen can adequately compensate for the loss of 3 of the top 5. That being said, Union has a puncher's chance to make this one interesting. Dawgs4Life
