SXSW 559 Report Share Posted November 4, 2016 Sullivan South head coach Sam Haynie has resigned. He coached the Rebels to a 46-33 record over his eight seasons in Colonial Heights. His 2013 team made the state quarter-finals and went 10-2, his 2014 team went 11-2 losing in the state semi-finals. The search for his replacement is already underway. Declining enrollment and heavy graduation losses lead to a 2-8 record this past season, and two wins may be good for next years team.
